Day 2 Retail Therapy

Day 2 at my parent's. Too relaxing. Feels weird.

Today... I made myself wake up earlier at 8.30am... though the goal was 8am... but I snoozed about 3 times before being able to physically get out of bed. It was so warm and nice in today's cold, dark weather! Could not resist the warmth. Ahhh... I love warmth. From a very, very, intensely hot shower; from being under the blanket, trapping my own body heat; from hugs. I think I like the latter the most. Mnmnmn... hugs. Anyway, today was so brainless, I'm scaring myself that I'm actually not under any stress. What a weird feeling.

After finally waking up, I did some exercise to wake myself up more... because I didn't get much sleep last night- was watching The Curious Case of Benjamin Butler till about 1.30am. Didn't manage to finish it, but I did today! Also watched Fast and Furious IV. Pretty good. Love cars. Love. So... amongst much brainless movie watching today, I also went for some retail therapy with my beloved mother.

Garden City was the destination. We walked around qutie aimlessly, looking at all the end of financialyear/mid year sale stuffs. Quite a big variety... but we didn't fancy much of it unfortunately. I still managed to buy 2 tops. Teehee. Me and my clothes. Not as sigh worthy as me and my shoes actually. That's the story, not the clothes. Teehee. Anyway... we just enjoyed spending time together... looking at random things.

Kitchenware. That was something I could not bypass. Found so many bizzare gadgets for the kitchen... and I finally bought an EGG SLICER.

It is finally in my possesion. Y.E.S.

That is one addition that I have been craving since forever. It is now mine! *evil laughs*

Yes, me and my kitchenware is another sigh worthy story. Sigh.

So I went around looking at all the nifty things Kmart had to offer in their kitchenware section... and I took so many awesome photos. Unfortunately... mum's computer's bluetooth ain't working at the moment... so I can't transfer photos from my phone to the computer to upload. Promise photos will be coming. When I'm back home, it'll be all up. =)

Other than Garden City, there was also Bull Creek Shopping Centre. We bought ingredients for our cooking escapade. Finally. We're all set to go, but the first thing that we're making is actually not on our initial collaborated list. Mum just decided that mud cake should be number 1 on the agenda. Because she likes it. I love it when her logic just overrules all no matter what. So cute.

Tonight, I listened to my bro practice electric guitar. Epic. Such awesome melody... such awesome instrument... such joyous beats. He played Yui's tunes, as usual, but the songs had awesome guitar solo bits... ahhhh... loved it.

I think I'm really going insane without my music here. Crave.

Thought of the day: Being too relaxed is scary. Overly busy doing things is normal? So confused.
Tomorrow's goal: do some hip hop. Haven't done proper stuff in so long.
